"We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

"Smokey in Orangeland is an Amazing stay! Walking distance to everything UT and just short drives further out. The building was quiet and the condo was comfortable. Hosts Chris and Ksenia are super responsive and friendly! They certainly paid attention to the details that make a stay away from home absolutely terrific! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Was in town to tour the University of Tennessee with our daughter. This was a perfect spot to spend our few days in Knoxville. Easy on and off the interstate. Felt safe the entire time. We had to pay to park in the lot next to the building, but it was super easy and convenient. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Maybe if our daughter ends up at UTK, we'll be back soon!"
