B&B i North Knoxville

"This place is budget friendly and that’s about it. If you want zero fluff and just a cheap place to sleep this place will do. The breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels and coffee. The laundry was coin only and the property doesn’t offer change anywhere including the office. No soap for purchase. No snacks for purchase and the soda machine wasn’t working. One of the staff members was very helpful with an issue we had. The other was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed with my questions. The...

"Everything was great other than the hot water was not hot at all and the fire alarm went off at 6:00 in the morning because of a guest smoking in a non smoking room. This was no fault of the hotel just a very disrespectful guest, I hope they faced repercussions of this."

"Would like to have coffee at 5:30 but couldn’t get into building"

"It was decent for the price"

"This motel is basically a crack house with room numbers. It's at the end of a Dead End side street. You can't go in the lobby to check in (in the middle of the day), you have to check in through a bullet-proof glass window that doesn't even have vent holes to hear the (indifferent & unhelpful) desk clerk. The rooms have no fridge & no microwave. There are seedy guests loitering around outside yelling at each other, who all seem to know each other because it appears they live there. Trash was...

"I loved the way thee wooded back yard. The fast response of the owner. The price was amazing."

"As for my stay it was okay nothing to brag about I had to pay a $15 deposit for my fee but it's a Motel 6 or Studio 6 that's supposed to stay for free but I paid a $15 deposit was not expecting that room could have been a little cleaner there was hair in the bottom of the shower it was mediocre as far as toiletries toilet paper was plenty there's no shampoo or no conditioner if I needed it there's nothing of that type just some plain old soap one time use type stuff staff was great when I...

"We enjoyed our stay with a couple exceptions. The Roku didn’t work and the trains woke us up at night. "

"We had such a great stay! The unit had everything we needed and more! The unit was clean and they provided two parking spots. The appliances were new and had no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The host was very quick to respond. We will definitely come back!"

"Check-in was easy, room was homey and clean. Privacy fence around the property allowed for secure parking. Host was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone."
