"Very cute cottage. Nice place to be if you want peace and quiet. Plus the water is only a 60-second walk down the street with a picnic bench to sit at. Beds are together in one room, so it’s convenient if coming with a couple of kids. Convenient parking right outside the front door. We will return."

"Every area was clean ( bedroom bathroom living room kitchen ) . The backyard / view is truly beautiful . You can tell it was recently remodeled . The area around it is getting a lot of work done too I think over the next few years it’ll look even better. The host was extremely responsive!"

The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. "The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach.
