"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"Convenient location, helpful staff, and a good buffet breakfast is included. The property is a little tired - if you take the stairs instead of the elevator you will see some interesting stains on the carpeting - and the surrounding area is all strip malls, but those were acceptable trade offs for the price we paid for our stay."

"Reasonable size room for a single bedroom. Had a pizza box and left over food in the fridge. A call to the office brought a man to remove the food but left a small food smear on the shelf inside. Was fairly quiet to be so close to the freeway. AC was not needed as it was a mild evening. Parking was sufficient for the occupants.Staff was courteous although reluctant to send someone out to fix the fridge problem (it was 9:30 at night) but did send him."

"I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first.
In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a...

"Vi havde tre overnatninger. Rent hotel. Dejlig morgenmad og ros til at der var både havregryn og cornflakes uden sukker. Dejligt. Manglede kaffe og schampoo den ene dag på værelset, men vi havde reserve med, så det gik. Rengøringsfolk og morgenmadspersonale var venlige, men indtjeking var meget rutinepræget. Kommer gerne igen.

"Good stay when I needed some rest on my way home from a trip. The guy behind the desk was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly, no real area to potty your pup.... so plan to be taking your pet for walks. But a nice, super basic yet comfortable place. I couldnt figure out working the tv for the life of me, but you can always call the front desk during their working hours! Served it's purpose for my dog and I on our way up the coast."
