"The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!"

"The first and best part of our stay was the quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a better alternative to staying downtown or at a hotel filled with noisy guests.Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. I stayed with my young son, parents, and a friend. We all had plenty of room to sleep. Knowing it was one bathroom, we would plan ahead for who needed to shower.The house itself has character. "We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others."
