"My girlfriend and I stayed at this property during our trip around North Georgia, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Helen, Brasstown Bald, and Blood Mountain. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the cozy bed-and-breakfast atmosphere and the breakfast provided. Having access to a bathtub and sauna was also a great bonus, especially for relaxing after a long day of hiking...

Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests. "The property is a 4 room duplex split into small one room, one bathroom bungalows. Does it check all the boxes, yes. It does have a cozy atmosphere. For being a one room bungalow there was enough room to move around and not bump into your mate. It would have been nice if there was an outlet near the full length mirror. The bed was comfortably firm. The WiFi is good. It had a bit of a musty smell, the ac unit is noisy and the tv remote is attached to the nightstand. I guess it’s been lost once or...

"It was in a beautiful nature park near Helen, check in took a while as it was a busy travel time during the holidays. The heating system in our room was not working properly and in the middle of the night it made so much noise we had to turn it off and sleep in our coats, as there were no blankets or any extra bedding of any kind. I told the front desk at check out the next morning so that they could get it in Yoder for the next guests and they didn’t even care to note down the number of the room. Not a good impression of the service at this place, but one cannot default the beautiful surroundings,"
