Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. "Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...

"This unit was what we wanted. Everything provided was very accommodating. We didn’t see in the description that a Keurig was provided. We normally travel with our own pods but the Island Store came through. Proximity to the beach was great and resulted in long rewarding beach walks. The oak beach chairs were great.
