"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "
"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. "I stayed in the Double King room with extra space. I chose this room because there were 4 adults staying in the room and we wanted the King sized beds for better sleep. The extra space was honestly just wasted space. There needs to be a couch or extra chair in the room to make the space useful. "We had to stay at a hotel unexpectedly when we got home from a long trip. I chose this hotel because it had a high rating and was in a great location for what we had to do the next day. We were extremely happy with the comfort of the room, including a really nice bed and bedding, really comfortable pillows. That’s what impressed me most, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was very positive."
"My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing."

"Nice, modern hotel. Good room. The overwhelning impression, however, was the check in. A world wide computer problem is not an excuse for rooms not being ready for occupancy at 5 pm. Computers don’t clean rooms. Staff does. A two and a half hour wait in a crowded reception resulted in a compensation of a bottle of water for each person.
At breakfast they had one person servicing food and coffee to the buffet in a full restaurant.
