"We stayed here for a quick overnight stop on our way to the coast. It was comfortable and clean. The room did smell strongly of cleaner but the AC fan helped some. The fridge is large and the freezer actually worked to freeze our ice packs. Comfortable beds. Overall great place to sleep"

Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. "My husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. There’s plenty of activities for the kids to do, there’s a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing."

Computers don’t clean rooms. Staff does. A two and a half hour wait in a crowded reception resulted in a compensation of a bottle of water for each person.
At breakfast they had one person servicing food and coffee to the buffet in a full restaurant.
