"There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

"This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed."

"The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even...

"I absolutely love the decor and I love how there is so many practical components, such as a desk, a sink, coffee makers, and garbage disposals compacted into such a small place. It was so comfortable and cozy. All my needs were met and it was in a cool area of Denver that was easily accessible to the events that I was going to. The yoga mat and the water stations were an added touch!"

I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that."
