"We were greeted by the front desk person once in the four days we spent there. That was on the morning of the 9th of June as we were checking out. The gentleman at the desk actually spoke to us before we said anything. We were on the third floor, which was fine except the fact that we were in the mix of refurbishing. "The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it."
