"So our room was dirty the moment we went in. Urine was in the toilet and the bed had dirty sheets on it. There was a lizard in the ceiling. The Front desk manager Tia Facey was rude to us the entire check in process. Even when we had issues with the room she ignored us and didnt come to help. "Crystal and Shanalee" can't remember the spelling of their names but they were great to us the entire time. They helped us feel comfy even though we had issues with the room/hotel."
"I loved everything about the room except the fact i was unable to use the tub that was in my room. I suggest you tell customers that even tho the tub will be in the room they wouldn't be able to have it filled, but they can choose to keep it or take a standing shower instead. Overall the property and it's staff was truly amazing. This was my second visit and i will be back."

"We had an amazing stay at this Caribbean resort! From the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our vacation special.
