"Never received the access codes via email or text message had to call when I arrived. Heaters didn’t work the entire time we were there. I notified them and never got a response. Wasn’t completely clean inside. Inside Microwave and Inside of Oven were both dirty. Had to buy sponges and garbage bags to help me clean. I would not stay here again. "

"My son and I were in Cincinnati looking at a couple of colleges and sort of picked a few hotel rooms based on nothing more than price and location. For our Xavier visit we saw this room was priced right and it was a unique looking space that was more than just a room with a couple of beds in it so I booked it. Booking was easy and the owners of the property were very attentive. They sent instructions on how to check in and offered recs for food and whatever to help our stay be the best it could...

"Suggestion: provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash.The shower was the only part of the apartment that needed some work - there has been an obvious leak in the ceiling right above.The rest of the apartment was great and we really enjoyed our trip"

"This was the perfect stop for us for the holidays while we visited family that lived nearby. Its pet friendly with lots of room for the dog to run around. Space was very roomy, would definitely stay again!"
