"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport.
The biggest issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and our room stayed around 80 degrees all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
There was also a section of the hallway with completely saturated carpet. I walked through it around 10:00 p.m. and again at 10:00 a.m. the next morning, and it was still soaked. It was obvious there was a leak, yet there were no wet floor signs, no...

"i have been trying to get in touch with staff since i left and they wont answer. my room was DISGUSTING. pubes in the shower, looked like there was dried blood on the door, the floor boards and floor in general was absolutely disgusting. my socks were black. all throughout the night people were slamming doors and yelling down at my end. truly a terrible stay. we’ll see if i get through to someone bc this is absurd and i want a refund."
