"My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place has it all! Beautiful rooftop pool which was perfect for viewing the solar eclipse. Perfect location to walk to many local spots or to grab a bike or kayak and enjoy ladybird lake. And the attention to the small details made me feel right at home inside the condo. We look forward to coming back!"

"Nice condo in downtown Austin. Perfect for 2 couples. Even though the shower was shared, we each had our own toilet/sink area and that made it workable. The reviews about the front bedroom and hearing the street noise is 100% accurate. But I'm a heavy sleeper and it did not affect me one bit. But it definitely could if you are a light sleeper. I was disappointed I never heard from the property owner. I had reached out and asked some questions about Austin. Never heard from him. So that was...

"In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!"

Missing furniture/dresser options in bedrooms so no place to place luggage or clothing other than downstairs. Small things like paper towels and washcloths would be nice additions. The sliding patio door was easily opened by slightly jiggling the door, even when locked. Several areas around door frames had black smudged fingerprints which make for a less clean...

"Great value for the price! The house is as advertised and looks just like the pictures. Linens, bedding, towels were clean and like new. Beds were comfortable. Cookware, serving ware and appliances were like new as well. Overall the house was very well stocked. The only thing to suggest is, I wish there was some type of manual to tell us how to access WiFi, how the outdoor lights worked, where certain things were located, etc. so I didn’t have to notify the owners so much.
