"Fantastic location within town centre. Comfy, private, quiet and ultra clean Kiwi cabin. My cabin didn’t have laundry facilities but good laundry is only a block away. Bed is firm so I took my own mattress topper as I prefer ultra soft. Great kitchen with good size fridge but there’s so many good cafes and restaurants within easy walk, I didn’t use it. Nice covered verandah. Free wi-fi. Highly recommend. "

"Beautifully decorated house (better than the pics online), very handy location (to the beach and surrounding areas) and lovely helpful host. Multi-level house with lots of space for different people to relax and enjoy the holidays. Lots of games and books and DVDs. Everyone enjoyed the coffee machine and well appoinment kitchen. Defintely recommend this place."

However, they sent links to 2 different 3rd party sites asking for personal information like pictures of passports and credit cards. When I expressed discomfort, they said I could skip it. At the last minute, they refused to give the information I needed to access the property until a photo of my passport and credit card info was uploaded to that 3rd party site. "The check in procedure is the most difficult I have ever seen, we needed to find a door to get into a lockbox and retrieve a key, then find another door to get into a building where the apartment is located. I needed to have someone help me do all of this and made several calls to the company that controls all of this. It was too difficult for us just to get into the apartment. Once we got in we found that the toilet is partially broken, the flush mechanism needs to be repaired, and the toilet...
