The house is located in the small village Lydum near Houstrup, in the countryside but just approx. 150min drive from the North Sea. The house has been renovated in an interesting style with a large bathroom located in a part of the old pigsty with an open shower lowered into the floor and the old trough preserved as an untraditional room divider. The kitchen has every modern amenity needed and overlooks the large living room. From the kitchen-family room, with room for a refectory table, you have access to 3 bedrooms and the living room from which you can exit to the cosy court yard. No letting to youth groups.
