"Amazing"

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."

"Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. Went back to front desk, the gentleman helping me was very kind but they had no more suites available and was only able to stay in a regular room which was fine, they told me I would be compensated for the difference but have yet to hear back on anything. The hotel was nice, breakfast was good, but the new room we were in we found a pacifier under the table,...

"WE stayed for two nights. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. I asked for an extra blanket and was told 'we don't have any' but was given a decorative bed throw. The next day we did not receive Housekeeping and, after a very long day, I had to go to the front desk and ask for two full sets of towels, a refill box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper.
