"Nice place but beware this is an upstairs apartment. Steep steps to climb. Needs to have hot water tank adjusted, was just like warm.very limited parking due to big work trailer parked in tiny driveway. Outside property was a mess. Bed mattress needs to be replaced, valley in the middle of it. All in all was good enough for weekend stay"

"The interior of the property was comfortable and well equipped. Cleanliness was very good. Few minor suggestions to receive an excellent rating, IMO:Advise potential renters that the neighborhood is not representative of the interior renovations and appointments; a full length mirror on the back of one of the bedroom doors; and a couple of additional K-cups for a second cup of coffee. "We loved the place. The hot tub did have a band aid in it when we got in. Only other feedback would be that there wasn’t any check out instructions I could find. Other VRBO locations had them on the app booking page as well as a printed sheet when you walk in which is super helpful."
