Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...
