"Our room was clean, except for a piece of trash between the desk and tv stand. On our 3rd day, I had only asked for new towels and trash to be taken out. The house keeper I found only spoke spanish, i used my translater on phone. She said she would take care of it, even though it wasnt on her list, but she gave no extra wash cloths or hand towels and she did re make the beds. Not a complaint. "Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we had a good experience. A couple of issues that were confusing were:
1. The outdoor pool cleaning wasn't completed until 11am on a very warm day, and it seems that should be able to be finished in time for guests to enjoy the pool every day during pool hours.

"genuinely a nice hotel if youre not wanting hot water, minimum breakfast, and the pool closing at 8. is close to the Zoo so if youre just staying the night its fine. other than not having hot water for my entire stay it was great."
