"Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful! Our eoom was clean but there was a wet area on the carpet next to our airconditioner. Also, our bathroom door was quite sticky at the top and the lock did not work. It was extremely hot during our which probably contributed. The stay was comfy though and we were able to sleep well which was really important. "

"The property was under construction. The entire Loby and kitchen area were taped and tarped off. The breakfast was a bag breakfast the you had to go down to the front desk to get. The actual room was nice but I had no Idea the whole place was torn apart."

"Stay was fantastic except ladies at front desk wouldn’t let us check in till “we” called Hotel.com and had them then call the motel to get it paid. We set in car for 20 minutes trying to get to the right person who could help. We had receipts and confirmation number but that didn’t matter. Motel probably deals with Hotel.com all the time. Companies need a direct line to call with these issues instead of dumping it on the customer who has paid and exhausted from a long drive. Both parties are at...

"Room with kitchen was great so we could fix breakfast before heading out. They charge a $50 pet cleaning fee that I didnt see in the pet fees section of hotels.com ot the $10 fee. The $50 pet fee was at the bottom of that section. I paid it but the room had quite a bit of dog hair in it from previous guest as my black socks were covered with white hair. I get why they would charge a fee but they need to clean a bit better then. "
