"This was our first and last time at Great Wolf Lodge. We were new to the place was not prepared for all of the underlying charges. We used the gift shop to buy hair products and ended up with a Doordash charge 5 minutes afterwards. We did not use Doordash the entire trip. When speaking with the front desk they blamed us for being "careless." I am not fully discrediting GWL just don't be like us and think because it's family oriented, it's family caring!"

"Cures resort. The added benefit of getting early access to cedar point was huge. I wish it would have had a pool open past 8pm though. The water park closed at 8 and having a nice lounging pool would have been nice after spending the day at the park. The room was fine. Comfy and convenient..our table was broken and saw some wear in places. Would have liked to have had a coffee maker in the room. Food was kinda pricy in the resort but overall a nice place."
