"The property was very clean and easily accessible just off the road through town. The host was accessible and around outside fairly regularly because this place is just behind their home. The host is a very nice mother of several growing kids and was ready to help as needed."

"We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. "

"The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again. "
