"This house was amazing! From the breathtaking Mountain View’s which you can see from every angle on the wrap around deck. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets. Bonfire and hot tub were fabulous well. The house was spacious and open. The house is located close to town of Pagosa Springs, which offers many restaurants, shops, coffee shops. "This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve had - lovely, quiet setting yet close enough to town, very clean and neat, very functional for our needs. Only one minor issue for us was dialing in the radiant heat system zones at night but we were ultimately able to get things comfortable. Even with this minor issue, it was a great stay. "

"A small house quite comfortable for 2 people. Very nicely furnished, kitchen is adequate (no stove but a two burner hotplate), coffee maker, dish towels. Washer & dryer. Laundry soap and dish soap provided. Bathroom is also adequate for one person at a time. My only concern is that the house was very dusty. Would definitely rent it again as it is only 10 minutes to Bayfield where we have family."
