"“Mi Happy Place” became our happy place for a few glorious nights. Emily was incredibly gracious leaving us several unexpected goodies like a s’mores bag and fresh bread and cherries. Watching the full moon rise over the lake was an added bonus! The house is cozy with luxe finishes and furnishings, soft bedding and all the modern conveniences. A 5-star stay all around! "

"Meg's cottage was a great place to stay as I celebrated a milestone birthday with family. Her updates to the cottage as well as the beach are so nice. We felt very comfortable and loved sitting on the deck in the morning drinking coffee. Meg had everything you could need for making a meal in the beautiful kitchen. We spent a lot of time at the beach going in the water and just hanging out. It was quite hot when we were there and the water felt great. We appreciated the water toys for our use....

"Loved that the lake was only a few steps out our door and the lake was perfect for swimming. Also the hot tub which was shared was never overcrowded. Would definitely recommend to others as a nice place to stay. There was plenty of room in the cabin for myself, my 9 year old daughter and her two 16 year old girlfriends. "

"Great little updated cabin on Arbutus lake. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for the day and spent a great afternoon on the lake. This is a family and pet friendly resort and cabin. Nice beach area and plenty of lounge chairs around. We will absolutely book this cabin again. Note: bring your own towels for the beach but every household item you will need is included with the cabin. "
