"This property was perfect. Spacious and clean and quiet. The host company communicated with us as needed and were so helpful in answering any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two kids traveling with grandma. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. No complaints at all. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Good condo in Homestead village. A bit dated, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall a good place to stay with a great view. Very comfortable for 2 couples as each "suite" is on opposite sides of the unit, providing good privacy. A bit tricky finding your way to the beach. Loved the location as we were doing a color tour and wanted something outside of Traverse City (too busy). This place is 10 minutes from Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes and 30 minutes from Fishtown and Sutton's Bay. ...

"We had some issues during our stay and the owner was quick to respond and make things right. The condo was cozy and had a fully stocked kitchen. We didn't need to bring anything except food to cook! There was a nice DVD selection and books, board games, and puzzles my family enjoyed. We had a couple deer right outside the balcony snacking on some plants one day. It was a very beautiful area to visit and we hope to come back in the future."
