"The cottage was exceptionally clean and well equipped! It was beautifully situated bqck off the road, so very private and quiet. At the end of the road was the most awesome view ever! It was about 20 to 25 minutes down the mountain to shops and restaurants. However, there were many things to do and see within 10-15 minutes away. Very close to Rock City, Ruby Falls, etc. We would definitely like to return to the Little Blue Cottage! "

I loved all the details to the property with outdoor lighting and firepit in the back. Waking up to gorgeous views was much loved. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. "Our family had a wonderful week celebrating Father's Day in this beautiful lake home. The grandkids loved boat rides, swimming off the boat, water toys, kayaking, and fishing for the first time!! Kids also loved the pool and we ate at the Clubhouse where they have great food. The house was plenty accommodating for the seven of us. The view is gorgeous! Even though it rained a few times we still had fun. Rob is very accessible with any questions. Our only negative was with the ice maker and...
