"Do stay here. When I arrived to the room the heat was set at 79F in the middle of summer for some reason. I turned the AC on and it was terribly noisy. Kept me up all night. Absolutely terrible."
"Everything was fine. But we had to use the sofa bed, linens provided were missing top sheet. (4 pillow cases instead). Traveling with 95 year old Mother In Law. She had some trouble climbing into bed. We will bring a small step stool next time lol. Handicapped parking and ramp at the back would be nice."
"We enjoyed our stay overall. We really appreciated that the hot tub was open, clean, and a nice place to relax. The pool area, however, could have used some extra attention as it seemed a little dirty. We also had a clogged sink and noticed that the shower leaked, which were a few inconveniences during our stay.
That being said, when we checked out, the staff was very apologetic, friendly, and did their best to address our concerns and make things right. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was...
"The hotel was very dirty. The hallways had trash on the floor. Shower had mold. The sink leaked if you used the hot water. The staff was alerted, but did nothing about it."
"The toilet seat was broken and hurt my bottom! The bed was only a mattress - no boxspring - so it wasn't comfortable. The pillows were small and very flat so I had to stack two together to get any comfort. It was hard to find the correct room because of long hallways and very few signs. There was construction out front so front entrance was blocked off. Also, the right side of the hotel was blocked off so we had to drive around the back to park close to our room. I don't want to stay here again!"
