"The location was perfect. I needed a late checkout and they were very accommodating. We ate lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The menu had many tasty options, it was hard to decide. As usual, the cookie was perfect!"

"The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice."

"This hotel was a good place to sleep. The staff was friendly and check in was quick. However it was not the cleanest room. Dirty towel was left on the shower curtain ride and I found a dirty sock as well. There also hair in the sink and bathtub. Sink water pressure was terrible and the bathtub filled to my ankle during my shower. Seems like this hotel is in much need of maintenance. Breakfast was good."

"So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. "

"Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again."

"We were staying here for two days and the rooms were good and a welcoming staff. Would definitely stay there again. It’s close to a lot shopping options and not to far away from Boston or Salem if you would like to go there for Halloween as we did."

"Travel three hours just to get a break and was not notified. The property was being remodeled and there would be no pool or hot tub.. a complete and total waste"

"It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio"

"Loved pretty much everything - great breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. However the cleaning schedule seems to be a little off - was told that beds would be made and towels changed everyday, but that did not really happen. But upon request, things were quickly handled, so all in all I had a very nice 9-night stay and would definitely come back! :)"
