"Hotel was clean but the smell in our room was horrible. I bought Lysol but it didn’t help. Asked if I could change rooms but they were fully booked. Next day asked if they could possibly change the air filter and front desk said they would send maintenance up but never did. Carpet was stained and beds were very worn and squeaky. The didn’t clean our room next day so I just asked for clean towels and housekeeper said he would bring some up also never did. Staff was nice but would not recommend."
"Such a well appointed, comfy, and convenient property. Always love my stays from the full-size fridge to the ceiling fan from the ample bedding to the comfortable and also useful (things like small, movable, multiple coffee tables) furniture."
"In regards to the staff, Angel was excellant! She covered all the areas and apoligized for the unfriendly person at the desk, evening shift. I appreciated Angel's friendly demeanor and her willingness to please. The breakfast was wonderful. Well stocked and friendly staff."
"i used the app to book a room here, an hour before we arrived. There was a mix up somehow, and when we arrived, we had no room reservation. Somehow the date got changed to the next day when booking. I asked the hotel clerk to just switch the date, but the hotel was sold out. I asked for a refund and he said I would have to get a manager approve it.
Of course, the request was denied. so they kept my money, but I had no hotel stay.
I will never stay here because they don't care about...
