"I liked the location most. We could enjoy walking the Country Club Plaza near Hotel. I also liked the comfortable bed and pillow. But I didn't like that the room description on the Expedia and the room we got didn't much. Room size, furniture in the room"

"So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "
