"The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny.
Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. "

"Highly recommend if you’re in town for a short stay and especially if taking in a Chiefs and/or Royals fame. Very cool to stand outside and look right into the baseball stadium at the fans. Not much around the area otherwise, but lots to do within 15-20min drive. "

"Lovely hotel in a very busy area! Friday night brought a lot of …interesting characters. The staff were nice and helpful. We felt welcome and well cared for. The bar and restaurant at the entrance of the hotel were nice and we enjoyed our food and drinks. We stayed in a super cute room too. We will return to Crossroads in the future."
