Great location and owners easy to work with. Don't miss going up to the whalers lookout, the highlite of the area. The wine/liquor tasting room is a wonderful 3 minute walk away. "

It's situated in a great location close to all the local attractions and facilities (like the IGA). They provided a map of the local area and recommendations for where to go. "On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before. The King size bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on in our whole trip. Extras pillows if we wanted....

"Stayed and visited numerous times. I was unable to find any information about opening times concerning the brewery and restaurant. I assumed restaurant would be open from our previous visits. Unfortunately, Restaurant and bar close at 4 and not open Thurs night. In order to eat we had to travel 20 minutes so instead we travelled 40 minutes back to our previous nights' accommodation that had everything we needed including a large TV and more importantly a restaurant .
