"Excellent hotel. Great location. Just a couple of complaints. Coffee and breakfast on Saturday doesn’t start until 9am. Coming from an earlier time zone we were ready for breakfast long before it was available. The bathrooms need a night light to help wandering around in the dark. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Old funk in the shower glass track and some hair left behind. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner in the adjacent restaurant was wonderful. "I booked the room for $123. Plus deposit
When I arrived, the lady told me the room was $195 plus deposit
When I showed her my receipt, she said “that’s what I said $123”. Then I was told there were no rooms available and I had to wait for 1 to get cleaned.."
"I’m super conscious of cleanliness and germs so I appreciate that Tru uses the mattress protectors, has hard floors, and the overall cleanness of the room. Staff (Tatiana) was super hospitable, helpful, professional and kind. The lobby feels like a nice lounge. I enjoyed the easily accessible pool table, seating, TV, and fitness center. Also conveniently located with numerous restaurants and stores on the same street."
"The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind. The amenities were skeletal, just ice, vending, and washer/dryer. The front lobby was locked and appeared to be, possibly undergoing renovation. I can’t remember what was advertised but there was no pool, no breakfast. The price was decent for a one night, clean and comfortable stay."
