"Pluses - Nice big comfortable rooms. Minuses - Noise from the hallway or next room. Also, they didn't clean the room or bathroom even though I left a placard out requesting service. We had to ask for clean towels from the front desk everyday."

"We were able to check in a little early, which we appreciated. The room was a standard hotel room with a wonky sitting area that was too crowded to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great - super small area, out of food, out of coffee, crabby employees trying to get through, no seats available... We were part of a group, and others were given a room where the thermostat didn't work. The hotel knew about it when renting the room, never sent someone to fix it after being informed, and...

"We were only there 1 night. The check in was efficient and the lobby had complimentary beverages. The building & rooms seem to need a bit of updating. The restaurant looked newly remodeled & possibly still in progress due to the construction wrap over the windows that would overlook the shoreline. There were two menus one for the bar and another for the dining area. We clearly missed that, but would recommend less expensive menu items. The dining menu was more upscale, but the service and food...
