The location was perfect -- Overland Park is near Leawood, which is where the funeral we gathered for was located. There were three bedrooms suitable for couples, one with bathroom en suite and the others with a bathroom nearby, plus the bunk room. "Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. In addition, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was promptly responded to. I would definitely stay here...

With a well designed interior, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and comfortable sitting area, Danielle and Ryan provide a great space. "Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"
