"We were only there for one night. We baby sat our 8wk old grandson while kids went to the Banana Ball Game. It was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen with a hodge podge of plates/pans etc. If you plan to cook a lot, it might be a challenge. No prep or serving containers. "

"I came to stay to visit my daughter at KSU. The place was perfect! It is a great location to everything we needed. It was close to her dorm as well. It was quiet and very clean. It was great to have the washer and dryer so I could do some laundry for my daughter as well! We had an issue with the internet but I texted with Leslie and we got it all figured out. It was the perfect place to stay. I will definitely stay again. "

"Easy five min drive to convention center. Very clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, nice cozy deck, safe neighborhood. Loved it. Will stay again. "

"This condo is decorated really cute and is only just over a mile from The Plaza. There are plenty of food and shopping choices nearby.There were a few housekeeping suggestions I made to the owner, just to bring it up to a 5 quality that he will hopefully address. None of it was a deal breaker and, if I need a place in the area again, this will definitely be one I consider."

"We felt so welcome! There was a greeting card and decorations! What an amazing place. We had no trouble with parking even on graduation weekend (no parking ticket!). Such a great location for all the festivities and outings. We could walk to nearly all parties and the shuttle stop for commencement was great. A great weekend. Well worth the price. "

"A must see Kansas Jayhawk themed flat located in the heart of shopping and restaurants in Downtown Lawrence. We were able to walk to campus within minutes.This property had everything needed for either a short weekend or a long stay. We will definitely be staying here in our future trips to Lawrence. Thanks to the gracious owners for such an exceptional experience!!"

"We spent 2 nights to catch a Chiefs game and enjoy a night in KC.The space is the perfect size and perfectly priced.We were able to schedule a late checkout which was much needed!We’ll definitely be back for another weekend away!"

"The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!"

"I had a very comfortable stay. The place is decorated nicely, the beds are comfortable, and it’s located in a great neighborhood but still quiet. (There is construction across the street but I couldn’t really hear it. It’s also far from the bedrooms so my sleep was not impacted at all.) Additional pluses: ample parking in back and blackout curtains. "

"Wonderful place to stay, especially graduation weekend. Walked over to Bramlage even on a cold day was less than 5 minutes. Large rooms and love the full length mirrors in each when we were all trying to get ready. Thanks for a great place to stay. "
