"The property is beautiful with wonderful views of Chatuga Lake. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable . The bed was so-so on comfort. My room could use some sprucing up due to age. I think being surrounded by large magnolia trees, the balcony doors do not appear inviting. I would stay again because it was clean and the price was better than other hotels. "

"All around good property experience from check in to check out. Upstairs has a pool table, bar and grill, plus a restaurant. Went for a night cap and the service was pretty bad though. Not greeted because the bartender seemed to be to busy yelling at her helper in the middle of the floor. Eventually the manager took our order. Besides that issue make sure you walk around and see the sights. Many beautiful spots all around"

"I am in the process of moving up there and needed a place to stay while putting my stuff in storage. My new house is actually less than a mile away, and i know I will highly recommend this place as a place for my guests to stay (if they dont want to stsy with me) everything was as advertised, the layout is hard to show on pictures,but it was REALLY clean and comfortable.
