"It was in a beautiful nature park near Helen, check in took a while as it was a busy travel time during the holidays.
The heating system in our room was not working properly and in the middle of the night it made so much noise we had to turn it off and sleep in our coats, as there were no blankets or any extra bedding of any kind.
I told the front desk at check out the next morning so that they could get it in Yoder for the next guests and they didn’t even care to note down the number of the...

"Hotel reached out and asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a king suite, which was great! Hotel was very clean, room was spacious with all amenities, and free breakfast was amazing! Also, there is a Zaxbys right outside the front door of the hotel that was super convenient! "
