"Very cute place to stay at a perfect location to the little historic district of Winchester. Bed was comfortable but very small futon. We are tall people so it was not quite long enough for us. Bathroom was extremely small, doable for us but if we were bigger people it would be difficult to get into that space. Water pressure for sink was poor, shower was just okay. Quaint place with a friendly, engaged owner. We would go back just for the amazing location!"

"We enjoyed our visit at this beautifully appointed apartment within walking distance to Old Town Warrenton. The high-end fixtures, solid furnishings and convenient appliances were even better in person! Communication with the owner was just right. Thank you, Bill, for a lovely place to stay!"

"Property is as described. Beautiful. Lots of natural light.it has steps so be alert. The location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood, close to the metro for ease getting to Washington DC, few minutes from Alexandris's old town and King Street. Half an hour from Mt.Vernon same to Arlington Cemetery. Owners were quick to respond when needed. Would highly recommend. hour to Mt"

"1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is...

"Incredibly kind and responsive hosts. Very peaceful location next to a pond and walking paths, close to shopping, and convenient to DC. All the amenities we needed for a lengthy stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"First, about the host .. I found Michelle to be very sincere and compassionate. The apartment was fantastic... Light, airy, super comfortable. The location was ideal for me, just a couple of short blocks from downtown. No need to drive all over fighting traffic and looking for parking. Ample convenient assigned off street parking right out the door. Neighbors and neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was equipped with anything you could need for cooking and serving... dining room comfortably...

"Didn’t know what to expect, but regardless I was blown away. The place is VERY well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was the perfect place to come back home to and relax after a long day. The owner was also amazing, she left a few chocolates and a welcome note. She was also an amazing communicator, I didn’t need too many things, but the things I did need, she accommodated instantly. 10/10, this place is phenomenal "
