"Hotel du lac signature was a more premium hotel than I initially expected 😅. I was very surprised by the fact that instead of waiting at the reception desk for check-in to be done, I was referred to a seat further inside the hotel to have a welcome drink. The fact that the hotel staff greet you and say goodbye using your name when you leave and enter was also a positive surprise. The breakfast offered a larger selection of made to order dishes than I would usually expect, but I would have...

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Super rent, lækkert værelse. Personalet super flinke. Sam morgen maden alletiders. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Supet godt hotel."

"Huge hotel with truly great potential, however it’s lacking guests and seriously needs funds and refurbishment. Seemed a large part of the hotel was closed off. Skybar not accessible due to typhoon damage 6 months ago. Most lamps in our room were not working. Room was spacious and bed + bedding super comfortable. Cleaning could have been better. Carpet was stained and felt greasy but we dealt with that by just wearing slippers. Staff is friendly but language is a huge barrier as they speak very...

"Had a really nice stay here. Used it as my base in Hanoi and went on trips from here and always came back. They stored my luggage for several nights when I was away on trips, I used the laundry service and it was ready when I returned from trip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Not huge selection but eggs made the way you want them every morning. Good value for money."

"I had a great experience during my trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the local food nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. If you are planning a trip, I suggest booking in advance and spending some time exploring the surrounding area. Overall, it was a memorable experience and I would be happy to come back again."

"Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!"

" Normally I don't give reviews for hotels. I stay at many hotels that I have gold status but this time at this hotel I simply want to tell something . The staffs and I express that all staffs are so nice and helpful as I have not experienced in other hotels. breakfast is varied so you don't get the same kind of breakfast every day. you get autentisk vietnamese breakfast too. The staff at breakfast were also sweet and helpful. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with 360 degree views of the...

"Fantastic hotel, wonderful service and soft beds. Very good breakfast "
