"The cruise and staff were wonderful. The pickup and drop off to Hanoi hotel is an extra $50, but I believe this is normal. Be advised though, stock up on water and drinks ahead of time, as all drinks, even water, is an additional cost once on board. Food (which was good) is included, but no beverages, not even water (which was a surprise), are included. "

"Vi havde et fantastisk mini cruise ombord på Mon Chéri - eneste ulempe var, at vi kun havde valgt et enkelt overnatning i stedet for to. Kahytten var så skøn med store vinduer og altandør direkte ud til vandet, og badeværelset var lækkert med en kæmpe brusekabine. Personalet ombord var ekstremt venlige. Både kajakturen og grotteturen var rigtig gode. Derudover så vi både den smukkeste solnedgang og solopgang, mens vi sejlede igennem det flotte Halong Bay."

"This was a nice, quiet, comfortable and relaxing cruise. The staff was amazing. We did 3days/2 nights and that was enough to see everything around. I wished we did travel more on the larger boat and not the tenders. The smaller boats were not comfortable and usually hot and crowded. The drinks were affordable but definitely the bar service was on the slower side. I would recommend them renaming some of the drinks as well -we wouldn’t have Ben order some because they were name inappropriately but...

Their service was excellent throughout our stay, and we’d love to give special mentions to Tom (Cruise Manager), Tracy, Anna, the gentleman at the reception and cooking demo (forgot his name, sorry!), Ahn from the F&B crew, and the boys at squid fishing.
