"Wonderful rental. Apartment was very clean. Excellent gym and common area. Parking simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again! I do have to mention one drawback, it is a place that requires an additional signup that includes uploading your ID and providing a card online. The process was less than ideal and the service they use was problematic. Make sure you account for the additional hassle. However, once we were in the rental, it was absolutely worth the initial problems."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property during our long weekend in SLC. The home is beautifully decorated, with Ryan’s artwork adding a truly stunning touch. It offers a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere that made us feel both pampered and at home. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to SLC."

"Nice place with a private entrance and garage in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to shopping malls and restaurants. The price was really good compared to similar places. I read a few reviews regarding issues with the hot water, but when I was there I didn't have any problems. The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. I'm a light sleeper so I was concerned about the bed situation (not the greatest experience with other rentals) No problems with these beds, it was...

"Great location...big living room to hang out in. Very comfortable and its super quiet. Host is easy to communicate with and there us a binder with lots of recommendations and instructions. We would definitely come back"

"The check-in process was very easy and convenient. We received the check in code for entering the apartment ahead of time and it worked on the first try!The kitchen has everything we needed for our stay. It felt like home."

"The apartment was clean and easy to access with the keypad. Patricio was responsive to messages and willing to help if we needed anything. I would recommend staying here if you need to commute to the Salt Palace Convention Center or Downtown Salt Lake City (roughly 5-10 minute Lyft drive). "

"great responsiveness from host. Had a flight get cancelled and they rebated the night we could not make. Did not have towel out for guests, but had them promptly delivered."

"Great place. "

"This home me was clean. Communication with host was on point. We enjoyed the porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and have deer walking up. Kitchen was very nicely stocked...but no coffee filters for drip coffee. I think the best down point to this home was only one TV in living room. 2 Adults 2 teenager with one TV. After long busy days it would have been nice to have another TV option. But over all we enjoyed our stay "

"We loved the charm of this place but it had one little issue that was beyond anyone's control. The AC motor went out and was not available locally. This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. We will book again for our next trip to Ogden. "

"I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base. It’s located close to the university and downtown. I walked to both. The neighborhood between the apartment and campus is a nice walk. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The host was communicative when I had questions. Overall, we had a great stay!"
