The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City. "
