"Ilya was absolutely THE BEST host ever. He provided many great suggestions and was always available for questions. The property was fully equipped with anything you can imagine! Great size, wonderful air conditioning with the most amazing views! The walk to the beach is under 10 minutes, however with all the pool options you don't even need to leave the property! "The road to the place was a little bumpy and we weren't fully sure we were going to the right place, but it was a beautiful space. Not a ton of room for suitcase or storage if staying a long time (we had 4 people and didn't unpack).However, the pool was great, the place was clean and a lovely place to stay! We felt safe. "

"We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit."

"Flor de Limón was a great fit for our family of 4. While the condo itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was a huge plus that our teenage boys each had their own beds! The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. We loved that the beach is just a short walk away. To get to the main street of Coco, it’s a bit of a hike, but there are a couple of great coffee shops and a handy little...

"This place suited our needs for the one night we spent in Coco. Having stayed in Coco previously,I wouldn’t have wanted to stay here for an extended time, with extremely small bathrooms and a bit noisy from the adjacent units. Definitely close to walk to all the local places and only a few minutes to the beach."

"We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses."
