"Wow! This place has amazing views and is a short hike to town. Alejandro the property manger is like a concierge…he knows how to direct you to anything you want to know or do. The pool is awesome and steps away from the ground floor apartment. We took a shuttle to Sámara and were ok hiking up the hill to the apartment. But if that isn’t your thing, a 4 wheel drive would be necessary, like a quad or SUV. Highly recommend."

"Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. "This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area.
