"We had a wonderful time. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed. Its a great location. Some nice restaurants within 10 minutes drive. While we did visit a number of very beautiful beaches that are close by it was lovely to have the pool. Thanks to Mario and Anna for making our stay so pleasant and thanks for bringing the coffee maker!"

"The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is fully equipped and well cleaned. The owners were kind and gave us a lot of information. The nearby coasts are wonderful even if there are many tourists in August. The car is essential."

"We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage...

"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. "The location costa paradiso is perfect and the view is great. The house is unfortunately not modern at all, uncomfortable beds and all really old appliances. None of the kitchen basics like salt or oil are available, only one roll of toilet paper and all very minimalist. We had to rent bed sheets for 25€ and make our beds ourselves, a bit ridiculous. Suggest to just add to the price and avoid this extra step. House should ideally be renovated, feels like 1980s and new mattresses please!"

"The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do. Lovely and very responsive hosts! They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts."
