"Upon arrival we noticed the room was very hot. We thought the a.c. might have been off/,room not used. We turned on the a.c. and opened the windows. It was hot throughout the night but we had an early fishing charter so we left before the sun came up. We got back to our room around 1 pm and it was extremely hot so we bumped the a.c. down to lowest it could go in hopes when we got back it would make a difference. We got back around 6 and it had to be at least 80 in the room as it was 70s outside....

"Not what we were expecting for the price. Not near the beach at all, Wifi didn’t work, the little tiny freezer on the small refrigerator didn’t freeze. It was noisy outside and easy to hear everything inside the rooms. No closets or places to put things so we ended up having to use one of the two beds to put our things on. It was clean enough, but very cheaply constructed and didn’t feel secure or very safe."

"We arrived to the upper carriage house, where a nasty nauseous rotten meat smell filled the room. This was quite unexpected and unsettling. We could not use the refrigerator, as it smelled of rotten meat. We asked for a refund and were denied. We were not offered a partial refund. We were offered a complimentary night stay.
