"Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. "

"Comfortable! Lots of decorative touches with beachy character. The teen girls loved their privacy in their upstairs bedroom. We liked ours in the downstairs suite. And, if I hadn't already been smitten, there were books I wanted to actually read on the shelves! I got a ways through one, but we had good weather and weren't needing to spend much time there. When they said it was only a block to the beach they meant it. (Unlike another place we stayed that only meant that's where you accessed a...
