"Staff are patient and helpful, immediately responded to our needs. Thanks for them to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Just a short bench in the lobby and it's always occupied by guests. We have no place to sit and has to stand in the lobby while waiting for a car coming to pick us up to the airport. There should be some more sofas and bench for guests in the lobby. "

"On checking in, the staff didn’t give much information. We were given keys to our room and that was it. I had to ask about dining options, no offer was made to help with luggage. We once stayed out a little after eleven and when we came back with the bus the entrance from the convenient stores were closed off and we had to walk all the way around, I had no problem with this since it seems to be a safety measure but a heads up from front desk on check in would have been nice to avoid the stress...

"One word: bed bugs. This was my second but last stay due to bedbugs. First stay was okey, actually an okey hotel, but no sleep makes people angry and tired and my 24hours stay in Hongkong got destoyed. "
