"The property is clean and well kept. Easy access to the Ark Encounter, restaurants, stores, and gas. Good communication with host. My only suggestion would be an upgrade on electrical outlets because things don't stay plugged in very well. Also, as stated in the listing, the stairs are quite steep. We left our luggage downstairs and just took up what we needed each day. "

"We stayed here for a girls trip to do part of the bourbon trail. Our group consisted of 3 women and 2 dogs. The apartment is much larger than it looks in the pictures and the location is ideal. Plenty of parking available in the lot behind the apartment. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops in town. There is a liquor/convenience store adjacent. "We had a great 3 night stay here, overall was clean and modern, I would stay again if in the neighborhood. There were some cobwebs along the front porch by the front door, the bathroom was on the small size and I was surprised upon entry that the bed was in the living room and the couch in the kitchen! I didn’t get that from the pics but based on the fact that this was turned into a VRBO, I guess I understand the reasoning of using the space!"
