"House was perfect. Clean and cozy. Outside of house different story. Lots of weeds and not country setting like described. Take the 130 I paid for the night and invest in a weed eater and the place would be perfect. As always we made the best of it and had a blast at the Bigfoot festival "

"Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Space is very small but lives well, the patio and dock are great. Master bed is a little firm so plan accordingly. If you have a long vehicle backing down the very steep driveway is recommended. "

"We had a short 2 night getaway. We love Frankfort and the rental did not disappoint. Hope to return soon"

"Best place to go to the Ark Encounter.Everything you could need is provided by the most gracious hosts. The decor was so pretty of antiques. The horses in the back you and the cats on the back porch was a bonus. "

"The cabin was very cozy. For a small cabin it felt spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location felt remote and was quiet and peaceful, yet was close to nice restaurants and things to do. It was exactly the peaceful getaway we were looking for."

"Did a quick getaway for my wife's birthday and it was great. Cute little home by the lake with a nice back patio area for grilling and a hot tub which me and our aon very much enjoyed. Easy to get too, and safe,quite, and scenic neighborhood. Great deal!"

"Just finished our stay at the Orchard Park Cottage. It was amazing. The property was beautiful. Perfect mornings with coffee on the porch watching the horses. Family of 6 stayed comfortably. Kitchen had ample supplies. Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator did not get super cold. Location was perfect a little drive if you are going to downtown Lexington. Scenery is worth the drive. We will definitely be back. Big thanks to Allison the farm manager so helpful. "

"We loved our newly remodeled cottage in the middle of house country near Lexington KY. Clean comfortable house with everything we needed. "

"6 of us all professionals in our late 50’s and 60’s had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful venue. Very clean and well appointed. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Outdoorsy setting with a lovely creek flowing right outside. The brown water boys from Michigan truly enjoyed the venue and responsiveness of our hostess / host. Much appreciated!"

"When we arrive on Saturday, the smell inside the house was very offputting. We almost had to leave. I believe the smell was from the fact that the house was closed up and the house is old. There needs to be some ventilation while the house is closed. We lit candles and opened up the house and then the smell was bearable.Also, the beds were very small. I know the advertisement stated that the beds were double size beds, my bad, I should have noticed the wording in the ad. The master bedroom could...
